1. General Policy

• All purchases of courses, consultations, development services, or partnerships made through Wealth Wise are non-refundable.

• By enrolling in our courses or availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
   

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service.

• Service Not Delivered: If a service you purchased is not initiated or delivered at all due to an error on our side.

• Technical Issues: If you face significant technical problems that prevent you from accessing purchased content, and our team cannot resolve the issue.

In all such cases, our team will carefully review and verify the situation before processing any refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued once:

• A consultation session has been conducted.

• A customized project (branding, website, app, or marketing) has been initiated.

• A course has been accessed or partially completed.

• Partnerships, investor connections, or co-founder matchmaking processes have begun.
   

4. Refund Process (If Approved)

• If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days.

• Wealth Wise reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after internal evaluation.
